“Gallopinto” is very popular because many people eat it. It is very delicious. We don’t usually eat raw fish called ceviche. It is “cooket” by using lemon. It also is delicious.

fish, lemon, cilantro, bell pepper,
a like bit of ginger ale, a little bit of salt and onions.


Recipe


PARATION
Chop cilantro, fish, onion. Add 1/2 cup of ginger ale, 2 salt, 1cup the lemon. Mix.Wait 60 minutes.
